Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Pack Your Equipment
Carefully disassemble the Speediance unit and pack it securely in its original industrial-grade packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Schedule a Pickup
Once your return is approved, we will coordinate with a specialized freight carrier to schedule a convenient pickup time from your location.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
After our technicians inspect the returned unit for hardware integrity, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
